Hello from Denver,

Life has been a huge adventure since leaving Roosevelt.  At first I was on track to have a family and work.  Things change, and so do priorities. Am currently finishing up another degree and looking forward to working again so I can pursue my other passions again.  This link will take you over to one of them.  http://www.cfworldrecord.com/2007/.

I hope everyone had an awesome time at the Reunion!  Wish I could have joined you, but distance prevented that as I now live in beautiful Colorado!  I will always be a California girl though!  Many blessings!

Man I wish I could be there ~ but it is not logistically possible this year.  While you are all doing the party I have a singing gig in the afternoon and then am moving to my new house the rest of the weekend.  It is so great to see all your pics and would be totally cool to hear from anybody who remembers me!  Email me at becky@beckydurango.com and let's catch up!! Ok, Rough Rider alumni, I am still waiting for some photos of you. I am still working on getting a photo show going. I have received some great past and present photos from some classmates. I am in desparate need of some football, basketball or any sport pictures, any cheer, letter or flag girl pictures. My high school friend Gilbert Gonzalez passed away in late August 2008, two months shy of his 50th birthday. Gilbert is survived by wife Sonia and daughters Amanda and Leslie and a grandchild. We both served as each other's best man at our respective weddings. He appeared to be a quiet person but if you knew him he was quite a character and is really missed.

I hope everyone has a great time and although I have been very excited about seeing everyone again and was planning on attending the reunion, I will be out of the country for the first 2 weeks of October. 

I will be in Japan for those 2 weeks.  This is an opportunity that I can not turn down.

Although planning on this reunion for months -- and really looking forward to it -- I had a business trip out of the country come up I can't miss. I will be in Europe actually -- OK, a great place but I wanted to reconnect. I would love to get any albums and will share some photos soon too.

October 9^th is just around the corner for our 35^th Class Reunion.  Ok, Rough Riders don’t forget to purchase your tickets now.   You have just a couple more weeks before ticket prices go up....

It will be a great evening of dancing to the tunes of the 70's and to the current tunes of today. Chatting with old friends and meeting new ones. It has been 10 yrs since our last reunion and I want to see all my old Rough Riders from the class of 75 present. Dress attire is casual so put on your jeans and come out for a night of FUN.  To add a little more excitement to our reunion, we are encouraging any of our class mates from the class of 74 or 76 to attend this evening with us.  Don’t forget our Facebook page we need everyone to stay in touch so our next reunion will be easier to make contact with our Alumni.  Go to Facebook Roosevelt1975Reunion and become one of our friends then pass it on to other Alumni from Roosevelt

I remember Michael, I am really sorry to hear of this news.

 Classmates this is one reason that should be emphazied to come to the reunion to see friends from school, before we all start to pass for what ever reason. When I hear news from classmates that other classmates have passed it saddens me that we didn't get to see that person before passing and they are no longer with us to share the memories of our school years.

So classmates if you were not considering on coming to the 35 year class reunion please please reconsider.

Michael Moedinger Passed away July 25, of a heart attack.  Services were friday.

Hi classmates, it is just around the corner for our class reunion. I am excited to see all of you.
